Traveller Programs

If you have applied to any of the following Programs, you may experience delays when submitting a paper application form by mail or in receiving your respective membership card:

Applicants of NEXUS and FAST are encouraged to apply online.

Payments and refunds

If you are an importer or broker, you must continue to pay any duties and taxes for imported goods within the required timeframes using alternative methods, e.g. e-payment, in person, at financial institutions, or by courier services.

We will continue to process all necessary adjustments requests; however, the mailing of the detailed adjustment statements and refunds may be delayed. Clients can also drop off adjustments and claims at the nearest CBSA customs office. Clients wishing to file a request for casual refunds should be sending their documents via courier to one of the five Casual Refund Centres or dropping it off at the nearest CBSA customs office.
