A) Chapter 07 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human Consumption” and “Further Processing” originating from the United States.

ii) modify the import conditions and registration type list for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human Consumption” and “Further Processing” and the miscellaneous code “ With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” originating from the United States.
