Please note that the CFIA Plant Protection Policy Directive D-03-08, Phytosanitary Requirements to Prevent the Introduction Into and Spread Within Canada of the Emerald Ash Borer, Agrilus planipennis (Fairmaire), has been revised to remove the requirement for a Compliance Form for Transport of Regulated Articles.
