Evaluation of the Export Programs - Final Report

The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the relevance, performance and efficiency of CBSA’s Export programs, in accordance with the Treasury Board Secretariat Directive on the Evaluation Function.

Members of the CSCB eManifest and Commercial Operations committee participated in a conference call with CBSA in March, prior to the release of the Final Report.
