Export of poultry meat products to Taiwan from the Province of Ontario
Please be advised that the restrictions on export of poultry meat products from Ontario to Taiwan imposed due to H5N2 low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI) have been lifted. Taiwan will accept poultry meat products derived from birds slaughtered on and after December 1st, 2016, from the province of Ontario. The export certification requirements are outlined in Section on Taiwan of Chapter 11 of Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures available at the following address:
