Resumption of export of pork to China from establishment numbers 10, 129, 147, 147C, 391 and 508

Please be informed that AQSIQ confirmed the resumption of export of pork products to China from establishment numbers 10, 129, 147, 147C, 391 and 508.

CFIA can resume export certification of pork products from these six establishments. The export certificates can only be issued for pork products produced on and after October 17, 2015 (slaughter date) and certification date should be on and after October 17, 2015.

Annex 1 of the Chapter 11, section 11.7.3 China, of the MHMOP is reflecting this change. Before issuing export certificates for pork shipments originating from these establishments, CFIA staff must ensure that these establishments meet the requirements of the Canadian Ractopamine-free Pork Certification Program, as per the Chapter 11, section 11.7.3 China, of the MHMOP.
