Update to the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Taiwan

Please be advised that further to the message of November 01, 2016, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has finalized with Taiwan Annex C, “Veterinary Certificate for Poultry Meat destined to Taiwan”. 

As of November 04, 2016, the poultry meat shipments originating from Canada, except Ontario, can be certified using this amended export certificate. Taiwan authorities will accept old version of this certificate until January 04, 2017 (date of arrival).

The CFIA website will be amended shortly to reflect these changes.
