Chapter 06 was published to add the following OGD extension:

06.02.90.0100.22 – Willow (Salix spp.) – in vitro plant

Chapter 12

Chapter 12 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “For cosmetic or medicinal purposes” and “Scientific use (Research)” originating from all countries except the continental United States:

12.11.60 – Bark of African cherry (Prunus africana).
12.11.90.9992 – Dried tree and shrub roots, branches and bark in chips, shavings, ground or powdered form.

Le chapitre 12 a été publié pour modifier les conditions d’importation pour les codes SH suivants avec les usages finaux « Des usages cosmétiques ou médicinaux » et « Usage scientifique (recherche) » en provenance de tous les pays à l’exception des États-Unis continentaux:

12.11.60 – Écorce de cerisier africain (Prunus africana)
12.11.90.9992 – Racines, branches et écorces d’arbres et d’arbustes séchées, sous forme de copeaux, de particules, broyées ou en poudre
