A) Chapter 05 was published to remove the miscellaneous codes “Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit”, “Consignment destined to an approved facility by the Office of Biohazard Containment and Safety” and “Consignment requires certification” for the following HS codes.

B) Chapter 09 was published to add the end use “Further Processing” to the following HS code.

09.01.11 - Coffee, not roasted: Not decaffeinated.

C) Chapter 12 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extension.

12.01.90.0113 - Soybeans, edamame (frozen). (Glycine max).

ii) add the end use “Further Processing” to the following HS code.

12.10.10 - Hop cones, neither ground nor powdered nor in the form of pellets.

D) Chapter 18 was published to add the end use “Further Processing” to the following HS code.

18.01.00.7124.10 - Cocoa beans: In shell, raw.
