Members are advised that the CBSA has updated the D-memoranda regarding the Customs Self-Assessment (CSA) Program for Carriers and Importers. CSCB participated in the review process through the BCCC Trusted Trader sub-committee.

Memorandum D3-1-7 has been replaced with D23-2-1, Customs Self-Assessment Program for Carriers:
