Opening of the application period for Dairy Year CPTPP tariff rate quotas (TRQ), August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020

The deadline to apply for an allocation under the following CPTPP Dairy Year TRQs is June 15, 2019:

  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Skim Milk Powders Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Item 118 on the Import Control List) – Notice to Importers, Serial No. 943, May 1, 2019
  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Milk Powders Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Items 119 and 120 on the Import Control List) – Notice to Importers, Serial No. 942, May 1, 2019
  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Milk Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Item 117 on the Import Control List) – Notice to Importers, Serial No. 941, May 1, 2019
  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Cream Powders Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Items 119 and 120 on the Import Control List)- Notice to Importers, Serial No. 940, May 1, 2019
  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Cream Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Item 117.1 on the Import Control List) - Notice to Importers, Serial No. 939, May 1, 2019
  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Butter Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Items 159 to 160 on the Import Control List) - Notice to Importers, Serial No. 938, May 1, 2019
  • 2019-05-01 - Dairy – CPTPP Whey Powders Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) (Item 125.1 on the Import Control List) – Notice to Importers, Serial No. 937, May 1, 2019

Please note that applications that do not adhere to the instructions provided in the application will be returned without action.
