Registrar of Imported Vehicles (RIV) Email Service Unavailable

A member has advised that the RIV email service is not available, and thus the "border crossing confirmation" emails are not being sent.  The member was able to provide the Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) by telephone and was given the case numbers to proceed with the RIV processing. 

There is no indication on their website of a service disruption. The RIV contact us phone number is:
