Removal of Annex I: Risk-based Verification Sampling of Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Meat and Poultry (Chapter 4) of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures

Please be advised that the Annex I: Risk-based Verification Sampling of Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Meat and Poultry (Chapter 4) of the MOP has been removed and embedded into Annex H: Policy on the Control of Listeria monocytogenes in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Meat and Poultry Products.

Annex H was previously published on April 6, 2016 and remains unchanged.
