Steel Grating from China - CITT Initiates Expiry Review

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has initiated an expiry review of its finding made on April 19, 2011, in Inquiry No. NQ-2010-002, to determine if the continued or resumed dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from the People’s Republic of China are likely to result in injury.

On December 10, 2015, the Canada Border Services Agency will determine if there is a likelihood of resumed or continued dumping and subsidizing. In the event of positive determinations, the Tribunal will determine, on April 18, 2016, whether the continued or resumed dumping and subsidizing are likely to result in injury.

Further information about the review is available on the CITT website.
