Tariff Rate Quota for Certain Milk Protein Substances

The deadline to apply for an allocation under the tariff rate quota (TRQ) for milk protein substances (MPS) with a milk protein content of 85% or more by weight, calculated on the dry matter for 2015-16 is March 7, 2015.

The Application Form is available in appendix to Notice to Importers No. 834 – Milk Protein Substances with a Milk Protein Content of 85% or more by Weight, Calculated on the Dry Matter, that do not Originate in a NAFTA Country, Chile, Costa Rica, or Israel (Item 125.2 on the Import Control List).

Completed applications must be sent on or before the deadline of March 7, 2015 and can be sent by email, mail or courier.
