Update - Import Guide for Trade Show and Exhibitions in Canada

Please be advised that the Import Guide for Food and Plant Products for Trade Fairs and Shows in Canada has been modified and is available at the following link:

The title has been changed to: Importation of food and plant products for trade shows and exhibitions in Canada

Information on import conditions for show or exhibition in the “Meat and Meat Products”, “Aquatic Animals, including Fish, Shellfish and Other Seafood” as well as “Plants & Plant Products” sections have been modified.

The content remains generally the same, with the exception of:

  • Presence of hyperlinks to each program;
  • “Living Organisms other than plants” is now: “Potentially Injurious Organisms (other than plants)”
  • the addition of two Appendices:
  • Center of Administration (CoA) 
  • National Import Service Centre (NISC).
