Update to the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures - Chile and OMIC’s

Also, a new set of Official Meat Inspection Certificates (OMIC) have been negotiated. Contact CFIA inspector to obtain a copy of the OMIC.

Please note:  A transition period of 4 weeks will be allowed to accommodate shipments already on route.  During this period both old and new certificates shall be accepted.
