Updates to CFIA Fertilizer Safety Section website
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has updated the layout of its fertilizer safety web content to make information easier to find. A number of Trade Memoranda and industry reference materials have also been updated.
No substantive changes have been made to the Fertilizers Regulations or policies. The updates clarify requirements to help regulated stakeholders meet their obligations.
Updated memoranda and web pages include:

- T-4-103 – Guidelines for Research Authorizations for Testing of Novel Supplements
- T-4-121 Phosphite/Phosphorus Acid Materials represented for use as fertilizers
