The Fish Import Notification (CFIA/ACIA 5588) and the form for Import Products Destined for Further Processing in Federally Registered Establishments (CFIA/ACIA 5608) have been changed to ensure they meet the new accessibility guidelines mandated by Treasury Board for all forms posted on the external website.
