Business Barometer: optimism amongst small biz slips again in July

Canada's trade surplus with the world rises to $1.9B in June

Statistics Canada says merchandise exports rose 1.1 per cent in June, while imports fell 1.8 per cent.

The agency says that widened Canada's trade surplus with the world to $1.9 billion from $576 million in May.
