Australia’s measures for the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) for the 2020-2021 Season

This is further to last year’s messages relating to Australia’s measures for the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) for the 2019-2020 BMSB season. Australia has recently published an Industry Advice Notice announcing the renewal of these measures for the 2020 - 2021 BMSB season. The measures apply to goods shipped from September 1, 2020, and that arrive in Australian territory by May 31, 2021.
Marine Mammal Protection Act restrictions for fish exported to U.S.

Please be advised that a notice by Fisheries and Oceans Canada has been incorporated into the Export Library page for exports of fish and seafood to the United States. Restrictions related to the U.S. Marine Mammal Protection Act have been put in place for the import of certain fish products to the United States.
