Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has updated the List of establishments approved to export live or raw molluscan shellfish from Ireland to Canada.
The following establishment has been added to the list: Atlantic Fish (Ireland) Ltd.
The Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) entered into force on January 15, 2019. To help staff and industry comply with the new regulations, the CFIA continues to publish new and updated guidance documents on a regular basis.

A) Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes originating from the state of California.
