Certain Unitized Wall Modules, Notice of Initiation of Expiry Review Investigation

On August 27, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), pursuant to subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), initiated an expiry review of its finding made on November 12, 2013, in Inquiry No. NQ-2013-002, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
