The Canada Border Services Agency would like to take this opportunity to remind all clients of the terms and conditions for utilizing the emergency after-hours service provided by the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU).

Update on Bone-in Beef Exports to China

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection (CFIA) has updated export requirement for China as bone-in beef may now be exported to China from Canada.

These changes are effective immediately.

Update on Freight Forwarder Implementation Webinars

As you are aware, a voluntary compliance period remains in effect for freight forwarders to electronically transmit advance house bill data on consolidated freight while the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) works to fully test and implement the associated system functionality.
