New additions to CBSA’s SIMA website

The CBSA has enhanced its SIMA website with the following resources:

  1. Report Duty Evasion - A new tab can be found on the SIMA website “Contact Us” page that allows the public to provide information with respect to suspected non-payment of SIMA duties.

  2. SIMA Import Statistics - The CBSA has recently started publishing annual import statistics for each product for which there is a SIMA measure in force.

  3. Counsel Toolkit - A new series of documents and forms, useful to counsel in SIMA proceedings, can be accessed from the “Counsel” tab on the main SIMA webpage.
