Export of Horse Meat to the European Union - Eligibility of Animals

Please be advised that when shipping horse meat to the European Union, the Equine Information Document (EID) must be complete at the moment of arrival of the animal. Only animals accompanied by complete documents will be accepted. Operators must include this requirement in their written control programs.
