This memorandum has been revised to

1. Update the sealing requirements
2. Remove reference to Memorandum D10-14-19, Administrative Procedures for the Importation of Non-beverage Ethyl Alcohol.

This memorandum outlines the procedures to be followed for the interprovincial and international transportation and release of intoxicating liquors.
