Use of Most Recent Version of CFIA/ACIA 4159 for Meat Exports to China

CFIA has been informed by Chinese authorities that an older version of form CFIA/ACIA 4159 "Certificate of Inspection Covering Meat & Poultry Meat Products - for China" is being used by exporters.

It is important that only the most recent version of form CFIA/ACIA 4159 be used for the export of shipments of eligible meat and meat products to China.
