Concerning an expiry review determination under paragraph 76.03(7)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act regarding the dumping of certain carbon steel welded pipe from Chinese Taipei, India, Oman, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates, and the subsidizing of certain carbon steel welded pipe from India.
