Canada’s Department of the Environment is requiring importers, exporters and manufacturers of hydrofluorocarbons to report no later than March 2 certain information for calendar years 2013 and 2014.
NQ-2015-001, Hot-rolled Carbon Steel Plate and High-strength Low-alloy Steel Plate from India and Russia
[On January 6, 2016] the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) found that the dumping and subsidizing of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate, originating in or exported from the Republic of India and the Russian Federation have not caused and are not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

Interim phytosanitary requirements for in-transit shipments
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has implemented interim phytosanitary requirements for in-transit shipments. These interim requirements are valid effective January 1, 2016 until the CFIA completes its comprehensive in-transit policy and program.
