Industry Labelling Tool Update – Compositional Requirements
The Industry Labelling Tool has been updated to incorporate guidance on food compositional requirements, including new pages on standards of identity, food additives, fortification and grades.
Additional information on commodity specific requirements related to these topics, will be added to the Industry Labelling Tool in the future, as needed.
