Please be advised that the List of Establishments approved to export meat to Ukraine in Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures (MHMP), has been revised with the following information:
The WTO has launched a new annual statistical publication, the World Trade Statistical Review. This new publication provides insights into how world trade has evolved in recent years by analysing the latest trade statistics within an economic context.
Please note that Mexican authorities have informed the Canadian Food Inspection Agency that recently they have received Canadian meat shipments which do not meet Mexican labelling requirements. Some of these shipments are on hold and are not being released by the Mexican authorities.
Taiwan has removed its temporary ban on import of Canadian beef and beef products. Taiwan will accept beef and beef products derived from animals slaughtered and processed on or after July 8, 2016.
