Brokers are advised that the correction period for November 2013 Softwood Lumber permits ends December 9, 2013 at 17:00 ET.
We remind you of the importance of submitting correct information on permits as this is imperative to the operation of the Softwood Lumber Agreement.
Canadian international merchandise trade, October 2013
The following is excerpted from a 4 December 2013 release by Statistics Canada.
Canada's merchandise imports declined 1.2% and exports decreased 0.3% in October. As a result, Canada's trade balance with the world went from a deficit of $303 million in September to a surplus of $75 million in October.
