The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today revised the schedule concerning its re-investigation of the normal values and export prices of certain greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands.
The Fish Import Notification (CFIA/ACIA 5588) and the form for Import Products Destined for Further Processing in Federally Registered Establishments (CFIA/ACIA 5608) have been changed to ensure they meet the new accessibility guidelines mandated by Treasury Board for all forms posted on the external website. The forms can now be filled and saved.

Previous CSCB messages have advised that Canada Beef will begin to collect a levy on imported beef. Whether or not a levy will apply is based on the tariff classification of the goods and unfortunately beef and bison share the same classification.
